Adding Checks to Checkrun
To add checks to Checkrun, simply log into your QuickBooks Online account.

Select payments to be made and check “Print Later” for each one before saving. Once the payments have been marked as “Print Later,” they will automatically be updated within seconds into Checkrun's payment screen. (Hint: If you wish to update Checkrun immediately, you can press the Refresh button in the Payments screen.)

The check number will be determined based on the last check number used via QuickBooks Online.
