Printer Alignment Settings

You can adjust the printer horizontal and vertical alignment offsets for your printer to ensure your checks print perfectly. This is especially handy if you print from multiple printers, i.e. office printer and home printer.

All printers are slightly different so Checkrun supports modifications to your printer alignment directly from the Checkrun cloud app and saves those adjustments as your default.
Select a payment in your payment queue and hit the Print button.





This will bring up the Payment detail window and the 3rd option down is Alignment.





From here you can print an Alignment Page

If you need to make adjustments to your horizontal or vertical alignment for this check layout for the printer you would like to use, make your adjustments here.
One tick mark = 0.1



When you have everything set up to your liking, give a name your Printer on the Alignment Alias field and hit save. Make sure you click the Set as Default Checkbox if you would like to apply those printer settings as your default.
