Logging Into Checkrun - Troubleshooting

Here's what to do if you have a problem logging into Checkrun:

If you forget your password, or have problems logging in there are a couple of ways you can gain access to Checkrun.

Click on the Forgot Password? link on the login screen
Enter in your email address and follow the instructions in your email to reset your password
Answer your Security Questions on file
You can request your Primary Super User send you a link to reset your password
To reset your password, enter the correct response to your security questions and hit Save
