Print and Mail Processing Times and Cancellation Policy



Checkrun is pleased to introduce our new Print and Mail check processing hours starting Q3 2021. Schedule your checks for same-day print and mail processing through the Checkrun cloud app.

Any payments submitted for Checkrun's Print and Mail, (PAM) before 11:00 a.m. PST/PDT will be processed and mailed that same day.

New cancellation enhancements:

Cancel any checks submitted for Print and Mail processing BEFORE the 11 a.m. PST/PDT cutoff time for no charge. You may be able to cancel a check even if it is past the 11 a.m. cut off time.

We know things happen so as long as we have not dropped the check off at the post office, we will pull your check and shred it and change the status of the payment in Checkrun to Archive.

There is a $15 fee for each check we pull after the cut off time.
