## Logging Into Checkrun - Troubleshooting

Here's what to do if you have a problem logging into Checkrun:

1. Use the Intuit Login Button **IF** you have login credentials to QuickBooks Online.

2. If you forget your password, or have problems logging in there are a couple of ways you can gain access to Checkrun.

* Click on the **Forgot Password?** link on the login screen
* Enter in your email address and follow the instructions in your email to reset your password
* Answer your Security Questions on file
* You can request your Primary Super User send you a link to reset your password
* To reset your password, enter the correct response to your security questions and hit **Save**
