How to set user roles and permissions in Checkrun



Here's an overview of the various roles and permissions you can have in your company's Checkrun account.



You can determine the permissions of any user from their user tile without having to edit the user. You can rest your cursor on any one of the permission icons for a description of that role.



CHECKRUN USER ROLES


Super User - main account owner A gold star indicates a superuser who has access to everything in the system. A superuser can also be a primary superuser who created the membership and has permissions to edit company information or disconnect from QuickBooks.

User Administrator

Check Approver

Check Supervisor

System Administrator

Check Printer
